The “Mother Road” has yet more stories to tell. Terrence Moore lovingly depicts Route 66 in his new book “66 on 66: A Photographer’s Journey.” This 144 page book will be published next month, in time for Holiday gift giving. It features 66  of his best images from decades of photo-documenting the 2,000 mile stretch of our most iconic American roadside attractions and all those neon signs that are coming back to life, From Chicago, Illinois, to the Santa Monica pier in California.

Appreciation for the back roads has renewed with such congestion on the Interstates. Perhaps Route 66 and Kingman (after all we are the Heart of Route 66) will have a rise in interest as well.
