Hey I’m lookin to get a tattoo but I’m under 18. If my mom says its ok and we both go there together, am I allowed to get it done?

I spoke with Alan Zuelsdorf of the Kingman tattoo business, Z Tattoo. Of all Kingman tattoo shops, it is the oldest established one. Alan’s answer to your question was, of course you could get that tattoo. Your mom would just need to sign a release form and you could get started. I want to get an add on to one of my tattoos and i’m under 18 but my mom works graveyard so she sleeps during the day so would my 23 year old sister be able to come with me or could i just have my mom sign a paper when she is awake and take it in with my sister?

If so is your mom still doing work….she did my very first tattoo, and I would so much like to have her redo it, as well as get some new ink.
