Kingman has a passenger rail service at it’s historic train station. This service is made possible by the Amtrak Southwest Chief route, they have daily service between Los Angeles and Chicago. This little Amtrak station located in downtown Kingman is one of our historically significant buildings. It was constructed in Mission Revival style architecture. Prior to it’s Amtrak establishment in 1971, the structure had fell into disrepair with the decline of passenger service in the U.S. A total renovation of this building was finished in 2010. The building now doubles as a railroad station and as a railroad museum.
